Senior Contract Manager - Dublin

We are currently seeking a Senior Contract Manager to join our expanding team and help to take us to the next level. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to grow and develop this account to fit the ambitious growth plans of the company. Based in our Dublin office, the Senior Delivery Manager will oversee all contract delivery elements of one of our key clients. This role will suit an ambitious professional, capable of working in a dynamic environment in a client facing role with willingness to expand in line with Entegro growth plans.

 

Responsibilities

  • Review SOW’s and tender submissions and develop plan for the delivery of the contract.
  • Ultimate Owner of Active Contract Performance for the client.
  • Responsibility for working with Contracts and SME Managers for Forecasting, tracking and managing various contracts within the client domain ensuring delivery on schedule and within cost as agreed with the clients and Entegro.
  • Ensure team are managing day to day contract delivery and works are pre planned and managed in line with Statement of Works, Standard Operating Procedures, our internal SHEQ policies and regulatory requirements for health and safety, wellbeing, environment, quality, and sustainability.
  • Lead an effective team, ensuring that resources are fully utilised across all elements of the client’s contract and any contact demand is effectively covered.
  • Full responsibility for subcontractor selection and securing necessary vendor supply chains as required on project(s). Work with Managers to ensure sub-contractor aligned with SHEQ adherence and cost alignment.
  • Ensure team are identifying contract risks and managing in a proactive way. Point of escalation if risk not being managed successfully and creating contract delays and client risk.
  • Work with necessary Departments to ensure all Workflow Management Tools are setup and functioning to meet contract requirements. Continuously work to improve system performance on contract to drive efficiency.
  • Work with Support Teams to ensure stores, fleet and logistic requirements are being forecasted and managed across all contracts for the client.
  • Ensure contracts are being tracked and managed and metrics available for daily, weekly and monthly internal and client reports.
  • Liaising with Commercial team on all finance related matters and ensure no contracts are carrying unnecessary client risk e.g., no PO cover. Ensure that all contracts are structured to be tracked properly and achieve turnover and profitability by maximising efficiency and minimising cost of failure.
  • Manage own teams’ performance and work closely with them to ensure they managing their own staffs performance in line with contract and company requirements.
  • Lead Internal and Client Contract Review Meetings.

 

Key skills and experience: 

Essential

  • 5+ years in a similar position
  • Must have experience of delivering large scale contracts
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget & to specification
  • Comprehensive knowledge of SHEQ legislation & regulations
  • Skilled in FttH networks.
  • Proven ability to hold full project control and governance
  • Self-motivated, hardworking & driven.
  • Good contractual & commercial awareness.
  • Ability to multi-task and work to a high standard consistently
  • Excellent leadership and people management skills
  • Ability to represent the company in a professional & efficient manner
  • A high standard of written and spoken English
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to work within a team
  • Willingness to travel as required
  • Full drivers’ licence
  • Proficient in Microsoft software (e.g. Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.)
