Entegro holds company event focused on Strategy, Leadership and Company Culture

Entegro recently held a company event day which focused on Strategy, Leadership and Company Culture, which was facilitated by Helen Carroll.
 
The day began with coffee and mixing with new and old colleagues swiftly followed by a presentation from our Co-founder & Chief Executive Officer Jim Doyle who kicked off the event with a company update which overviewed the future objectives for Entegro launching Project 25|50. 
 
Jimmy Murphy, Chief Operating Officer at Entegro then shared the Strategic Operational Pillars & drivers for success and how we will hold ourselves accountable for the execution and deliverables set out for Entegro and our clients.  

Former Kilkenny Hurling Manager, Brian Cody joined us on the day and spoke about the importance of having Leadership, Spirit and Teamwork as the ethos that enabled the culture of the Kilkenny team throughout his tenure.
 
We also had the pleasure of welcoming one of our key Clients Virgin Media IE on the day whom we have successfully partnered with since 2006.
 
Monika Nowak-Toporowicz, Chief Technology and Information Officer with Cormac Finn, Director of Planning and Engineering joined Entegro Co-founder & Chairman, Fintan Shortall in an insightful discussion panel which was facilitated by Helen Carroll.
 
The day concluded with a Culture Workshop led by our Head of People and Talent Anita Walsh. There was a buzz and excitement on the day and we are looking forward to the upcoming Part 2 of the Culture Workshop and the Project 25|50 journey ahead for Entegro.
